It is interesting how the human condition is never satisfied. We always seem to want something more or something better. We have misconstrued the blessed life with the accumulation of more. Jesus reminds us that those who are truly blessed and truly satisfied are those that hunger and thirst for righteousness. It isn't self-righteousness but truly a hunger and thirst for Him who is our righteousness. An ever deepening desire to experience more of who He is in us and how He desires to live through us.
