"An Enemy to Your Enemies" Exodus 23:20-26

God promises to send His Angel before Israel to fight for them. They have the great promise that He will continue to lead them and if they obey His voice victory is there's to have. They are going into lands that are given over to idolatry and are told to bring to utter destruction all the altars, pillars and places of worship of the false gods. They had been set apart to God and therefore their worship was reserved for the one true God alone.
