"Don't Grieve the Holy Spirit"

Paul gives us an important reminder that we give the devil and opportunity to entangle us and at the same time grieve the Holy Spirit in us when our attitudes and actions don't reflect who He is in us and how He desires to live through us. He calls us to put off all that is contrary to our new nature and to be loving, gentle, kind always ready to forgive just as He has forgiven us. It's really all about treating others in the same manner as He treats us.
