"Imitators of God" Ephesians 5:1-2

Because we have His divine life in us our lives are to be expressions of His life. To be imitators of God is not us trying our best to look like God but our surrender to His indwelling presence and allowing Him to express His life through us. We know this is becoming experiential when we begin to love like He loves and our lives are liberated for selfish, self-seeking pursuits. Our lives become a sweet fragrant offering and sacrifice to God as His beloved children.
