Paul reminds them that the offer of salvation is freely offered to all who will receive the gift of righteousness by faith. To entrust yourself to His death, burial and resurrection as the perfect sacrifice for sins is to recognize that He is Lord. He alone has the right to rule and reign over our lives. We don't have to worry about our salvation because He is our security.
