Paul reminds us to rejoice always because we are never left to our own resources. He lives in us and we can trust that He is working all things for our good. When we find ourselves anxious it reminds us to surrender all things to His care. To give thanks and know that He is working in and through us. In utter dependence we experience the peace of God that surpasses understanding.
