"From Darkness to Light" Ephesians 5:7-10

Paul is making a clear distinction between the believer, saint and those who remain in their sin.  Our lives are to be a direct contrast to the unbeliever in that they reflect our Lord.  His life in us expressed through us looks like Him.  Nothing else suits us anymore.  Though we live in a world of darkness and evil and we were previously a part of that darkness, He who is the light of the world, now places His light in us to shine forth in the darkness.  We must be very careful that we don't participate with the sinful deeds of the darkness.  He calls us to let our light shine as we pursue all that is pleasing to Him.
