"Great is the Lord" Psalm 35

David laments his enemies and seeks God's protection to fight against them.  David doesn't understand why those he has cared for now come against him as enemies.  Towards the end of the psalm David sees the greatness of God and the one worthy of praise for He cares for His children at all times.
