"He Delights in You" Psalm 18

David describes his relationship with the Lord.  He begins by affirming his love for his Lord.  The Lord was everything to Him, his refuge, protector, strength and so much more.  The Lord he says is worthy of praise.  He understood that God didn't just love him but delighted in him.  He affirms his absolute trust in God's word.
