"Immersed Into Christ" Colossians 2:11-12

Not only are we complete with Him we are one with Him.  He gave us a different kind of circumcision in the New Covenant.  He cuts away the sinful flesh and immerses us into a whole new creature in Him.  It's a work only He can do and all the glory belongs to Him.
