"In Anguish of spirit" Job 6-7

Job responds with a personal defense of his innocence and insist that it would be better to be dead than to suffer unjustly.  The pride of his self-righteousness had led him to despair when the outcome wasn't what he felt he deserved.  God doesn't promise His beloved children a life free from suffering.  In fact He promises us quite the opposite.  This is where we are called to  trust in His sovereignty and goodness.  In weakness we experience the strength of Christ.
