"O God of My Salvation" Psalm 51:13-17

There is so much for the disciple to learn from Psalm 51. Repentance and confession have a place in the disciples lives.  It isn't to get forgiven, we are already completely forgiven but to have a heart that is tender and responsive to the Holy Spirit in order to enter into a deeper experience of what He declares to be true of our true self in Christ.
