"Sovereignty and Suffering" Job 1:13-22

Job has a day full of bad news, he's lost all of his flocks and the lives of his children in what must have felt like a blink of the eye.  His response was to worship.  He understood that he served the Almighty God and his God was good.  It doesn't mean he understood why all of this calamity came upon him at once but he did recognize that all he was and all he possessed belonged to God.  He didn't rage against God or charge God with any wrong.
