"Thanksgiving Glorifies God" Psalm 50

God is sovereign over all the earth and all that is belongs to Him.  We are called to make sacrifices but what we sacrifice already belongs to Him.  He is the one who has no lack and owns the cattle on a thousand hills.  He is our deliverer and when we make offerings of thanksgiving it glorifies Him.  It's hard to give thanks for everything until we understand His beautiful promise to us all things together for our good, as we love Him and are called according to His purposes.
