"The Fool Says There is no God" Psalm 14

David frequently cries out to God as he identifies the wicked and then turns his attention to the redeemer and refuge that God is for the righteous.  He observes correctly that there is none righteous, not even one.  In every age it seems that wicked men refuse to acknowledge God because they don't want to submit to Him as Master and Lord, so they deny His existence but this is just evidence they are fools.  We all need a redeemer because we are guilty.  This is why Jesus was sent by the Father to redeem us from all our sins and transgressions.
