"The Preeminence of Christ" Colossians 1:17-18

Not only Is Christ Jesus the creator of all things He is also the sustainer of all.  He holds it all together, and therefore, He being the head of the body, the church, is to be preeminent!  We need to stop and ponder, am I giving Christ His rightful place in my life.  Is He prominent, one priority amongst many?  Or is He preeminent, the highest priority, first in my life?
