"Be Angry and Sin Not" Psalm 4:1-8

As you read through the psalms you'll see a wide range of emotions.  However, they always point us back to God.  The Lord has always look to the heart of man and not the outward appearance.  We know He hears our prayers for He has placed His Spirit in us.  When we pray bold prayers according to His will we can know He hears.  In the middle of the Psalm David gives the admonition to be angry and sin not.  We have the same admonition in the New Testament.  We should feel angry when we see evil propagated in our society but not allow it consume us and become a tool of the devil to distract us from the sovereign working of God.
