"My King and my God" Psalm 5

David had confidence in coming to God with his petitions because he understood the steadfast love of God.  God hears all of our prayers and answers them but not necessarily in the way or time we desire.  We are beloved children of the King and our God.  We are His subjects and should delight in all that He desires for us.  Our hearts will burst forth with praise and joy when we learn that when we allow Him to reign over us we will walk in paths of righteousness.
