"The Fear of the Lord is the Beginning of Wisdom" Psalm 111

When we ponder the wonderous works of the Lord we learn to give thanks in all things and to praise Him for His steadfast love and mercy shown to us.  He graciously provide for His children.  He redeemed us out of the slavery of sin, cleanses us, forgives us makes us His own righteous possession.  The fear of the Lord is to be in reverent awe of who He is and that is the beginning of wisdom for those who walk in it.
