"The Gift of God" Ephesians 2:8-10

Salvation is a gift of God that we receive by grace through faith.  Paul reminds us that we don't work our way to heaven but we entrust ourselves to the perfect work of Jesus in going to the cross that saves us, provides us complete forgiveness and righteousness, and so much more.  He gave His life to redeem us to Himself that we could enter into union with Him.  Now that He lives in the life of every one who receives the precious gift.  He has prepared good works for each of us to participate with Him in as we allow Him to express His life through us, all for the glory of God.
