"Putting On the New Self" Ephesians 4:24-27

When Jesus raised Lazarus he came out of the tomb with grave clothes that were completely suitable for someone who was dead but unacceptable for the living.  So, Paul tells us that just as we must putt of the old we must be intentional in putting on the new.  With a new heart and a new nature comes a whole new way of living.  We are those that have forsaken falsehood and now speak truth in love.  We get angry at the things that anger God but we don't allow the devil to lead us into sin or bitterness.
