"Their Hearts" Isaiah 29:13-14

The Lord understood very clearly that the people came before Him with false profession. They said the right things and they listened to the word but they had absolutely no intention of obeying Him. They had accepted religious substitutes taught by men to feel good about themselves but were set on doing their own will. In spite of all this rebellion God promises to do a wonderful work amongst them. He is always faithful to His promises. The rules and regulations of men seem to be wise and discerning but the Lord Himself discards them all.
