Faith Bible Church proudly participates in this amazing mission endeavor – sewing dresses and clothing for children in Kenya! With these dresses in hand, local Kenyan pastors have a valuable tool to get into villages to share the good news of Life in Jesus! Each dress sewn will be the first “new” item these children will ever receive in their lives.
"Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me." Matt. 25:40
Are you interested in putting your sewing skills to use for those in need? We meet here in the church and our group makes simple clothing – dresses, shorts, skirts and shirts for children in Kenya. Please contact Gwen Zapata (210-884-4872) to learn more about our projects and a way that you can be a part. We have all the supplies and will even be happy to help you learn to sew if you are a beginner. You will be truly blessed.
