"David Spares Saul's Life a 2nd Time" 1 Samuel 26

Saul comes looking for David with 3,000 men to kill him. This time David approaches the army's camp and see's Saul in the middle of the camp and all are asleep. One of David's companions ask permission to go and thrust his spear into Saul to kill him but David refuses. He understand that it is God's responsibility to deal with Saul and he isn't to take matters into his own hands. They do take Saul's spear and water jug and from a distance call out to Saul. Saul again confesses that he is the one who has sinned and David is righteous. We must remember that God is sovereign over our lives and He will fulfill all of His promises in His time. We simply remain in active surrender to do His will in His time.
