"A People Holy to the Lord" Deuteronomy 7:1-9

Moses reminds the people that when God gives them to the land that they must destroy all the idols and places of worship of the false gods and refuse to have any relationship with the people. They were a people whom He redeemed and loved. The New Covenant child is chosen by God and filled with the love of God, redeemed to be His possession. We must not forget whose we are and not allow anything to distract us from our King or His kingdom.
