"Fathers and Children" Ephesians 6:1-4

It is interesting that Scripture places the responsibility for spiritual growth and discipline as the responsibility of fathers. The Christian follower is to be careful not to provoke his children to anger but to nurture them in a relationship with the Lord and prepare them for the future. Father's are the one's who are going to give their children an understanding of God. Therefore, they must rely on His indwelling presence to ensure their children see the Father expressing Himself through them individually.
