"Rahab and the Spies" Joshua 2

Joshua sends spies into Jericho to prepare for sending in the people. While there they are hidden by Rahab who was a prostitute. She reports that all the people know of God's great working on behalf of Israel and were filled with fear. The spies agree to preserve her life and her family. She let them down from the wall and she was told to put a scarlet thread on the window for their protection. Rahab acted in faith in the God of Israel.
