"Christ a Superior Priest 2" Hebrews 5:5-10

Jesus the Christ or Messiah didn't appoint Himself to the priesthood neither is His priesthood similar to that of Aaron's. He is a King Priest after the order of Melchizedek. He learned obedience in going to the cross and offers salvation to all who will entrust themselves to Him. He paid the price we could not pay through His perfect sacrifice and we have absolute security as the sons of God.
